Delete your LUSU account

You can delete your LUSU account yourself, at any time, from the app or the website. It takes a minute and cannot be undone.

How to delete it

  • Sign in to LUSU, in the app or at lusu.app.
  • Job seekers: open Profile. Employers: open Company. At the bottom, choose Delete my account.
  • Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.
  • Or go straight there: lusu.app/account/delete.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted at once: your account, profile, photo, CV and every copy of it, work history, education, applications, talent listings, saved jobs, messages, notifications and points. For an employer, also the company, its logo and every job it posted; people who had applied are told the company has left.

Kept: nothing by LUSU. Card payments stay on record with the payment company (Paystack or Flutterwave), which keeps them for as long as the law requires.

If you cannot sign in

Write to support@lusu.app from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm when it is done, within 7 days.
