The rules LUSU actually runs on

  • Verified employers carry a badge

    Jobs go live as soon as they are posted. LUSU checks companies by hand, and a company that has passed shows a purple Verified badge; the rest show "Not verified yet".

  • Every job shows its applicant count and stage

    You can see how many people have applied and whether the employer is still reviewing, interviewing, or has closed the role, before you spend your time.

  • Jobs that go quiet get checked

    After 14 days without employer activity LUSU asks whether the position is still available. If the employer stops responding, the job is closed and everyone still waiting is told.
